Rachel [Boss Woman] Gemmell - Managing Director
Having worked basically every position there is in the food industry culminating in over 20 years of experience – lets just say Rachel can sincerely relate to everyone’s point of view. Her steadfast belief in karma means that you’ll never get anything but the plain honest truth from anyone here at Food Nation. We wouldn’t dare play it any other way. She’s pretty cheeky and forthright – but ABSOLUTLEY dedicated to customer service and chances are you’ll get a good value giggle one way or the other.

Stephen [Babe] Best - Finance Manager
Stephen is so laid back it really is hilarious that he’s our finance dude. Between the t-shirts and converses and the sometimes vague, yet mischievous 'tude: a dude he is. He has had a lot of experience in all aspects of the industry but has graciously accepted the challenge of debt, tax and payroll. Joy. None of us help him at all. It’s not very nice – as he’s constantly helping us with customer service, phone sales, unpacking and packing, getting our lunch, dropping off emergency deliveries...

Cassie [Cash-Wah] Gleeson - Operations & Dispatch
Cassie is the Queen of cool. Fiercely competitive she always plays to the 100% game and is devastated with a result of anything less. With a grillion years experience in every aspect of business, management, stock control and marketing it’s quite incredible that’s she’s not just energetic and efficient but still generous and engaging. She's clearly a FREAK. And we love her.

Sasha [Sash-wah] Pedler - Sales Account Manager
She’s an energetic, charming bundle of joy and handles changes and pressures in her stride with a big, BIG smile. This chick knows what works and where – she’s seen it all. She’s the ultimate in can do/ will do/ no worries/ I’ll handle it/ easy-peasy/ problem solve-d/ I’ve done it already attitude. A little body of big bubbles - her effervescence spill-ith over (everywhere) - there’s no way you won’t adore her.

Erin [Ezmay] Dockrey - Sales Account Manager
It seems everyone agrees - Erin is delightful, knowledgeable - perhaps a little bit cheeky and cares very deeply for her customers and their sales. If you’ve worked in the Adelaide food service industry in the last 10 years – you’ll probably already know her. She’s been around (in the most professional way of course) and she's got all the gear and a lot of ideas.

Sam [Samular] Harris – Sales
He's got spiky hair but not the personality to match – our Samular is indispensible within the Food Nation team. After 3 years in the warehouse, we’ve wheeled him out on the road and with his “no worries, I’ll do whatever” outlook. The very clever smarty pants is workin’ it with charm and finesse. We miss the pranks/ scares/ doodles back here at ground zero – but if you love someone, you have to set them free...

Jodie [Jodes] Spencer – Customer Service
The Jode-star came to save us in an hour of extreme need - and she stayed! She doesn’t sound like the rest of us squawking, over-excited, cackling birds – she’s quiet, sophisticated and refined (but still likes a chat and a giggle). She (delicately) pushed passed the drama and got on with the job. Gracious and obliging in everyway you’ll instantly recognise her poise – she’s the only one here with any cla-a—a—a-ass

Hayden [Hey-doh] Mudge - Warehouse Assistant
Half of the A-Team - a tidy, quiet, efficient, considerate, helpful (taken) man is our Hayden. He gets it all done with no fuss, a big smile and a steady pace. An extensive sales background ensures his excellent communication and negotiating skills (not that’s there that much to bargain with a box and a tape gun).

Gavin [Gav-Man] Carter – Warehouse Assistant
Another quiet, fastidious type (what are the chances of having 2 of them? At the same time?). He just goes around getting the job done – neatly, calmly, thoughtfully, perfectly. He’s proved his resourcefulness in the face of multiple and sometimes extreme “box-crisis” - he’s the ideal workmate and the other half our amazing A-Team.

David Ferguson [Da-Vidi] - Dispatch and Delivery
David has been clocking up the kilometres for Food Nation from the get-go. He is also a very experienced industry stalwart, but has decided that his real work love is TRUCKS and DRIVING. David ensures all Food Nation’s premium gourmet goods arrive at their destination perfectly and is also the loveliest, most friendly man, which is no mean feat when you're lugging and parking all through the year in all weather.
