The Food Nation Team travelled up to the Udder Delight’s Cheese Cellar to attend a home cheese making course for some staff education and group bonding.
We had a great time with Sheree learning about cheese production (cheese-makers are passionate and committed: FREAKS); making lots of our own cheeses to take home; a structured cheese (and wine) tasting and afternoon tea.
